Описание: ECOSYSTEM is a research project developing innovative, multifunctional bio-based materials for food and pharmaceutical packaging and agricultural mulching films. Using sustainable technologies, the project ensures safety, performance, and eco-friendly end-of-life solutions like recyclability, reusability, and biodegradability.
ECOSYSTEM brings together nine expert partners to transform agri-food waste into bio-based monomers, create active ingredients, design biopolyesters, and produce eco-active films and packaging. The project also tests materials in real environments and assesses their environmental impact, promoting a circular, sustainable approach in packaging and agriculture.
