Roxanne has experienced multiple injuries and traumas over the years, including most recently a motor vehicle accident.
She has been diagnosed with multi level Cervical Spine Foraminal Stenosis with associated nerve encroachment that causes both of her hands and fingers to consistently go numb. Luckily she does not have any motor deficit (loss of strength).
A Cervical Spine fusion was recommended by her neurosurgeon but Roxanne has opted for conservative management including rehab exercises, soft tissue mobilization, and Chiropractic adjustments.
Luckily Roxanne already had a robust system from years of strength training so our treatment has focused on cervical and thoracic spine mobility, median and ulnar nerve mobilizations, soft tissue work on the pec minor, scalenes, and superficial nerves of the neck. We also perform adjustments to further improve motion in her neck and mid back.
