A quiet winter trek in the Himalayas, slow hiking, empty teahouses and first-time trekking reflections.
After coming to Nepal since 2018, I finally went on the Langtang Valley trek — often described as a beginner-friendly Himalayan trek. We went in December, which meant slightly chilly mornings, but sunny days and mostly empty teahouses.
This video is less about pushing limits and more about moving slowly, taking smaller steps and enjoying the moments in between — whether that’s walking along the river or eating fries next to a warm oven.
