Clean the trout by removing the scales and entrails, then rinse with water. Make cuts as shown in the video. Marinate with lime juice, crushed black pepper, ground black pepper, salt, fish seasoning, and sunflower oil.
Cut the cauliflower into two pieces, season with spices, and wrap it in parchment paper together with the trout and a sprig of rosemary. Then wrap everything once more tightly in foil so the fish does not burn.
Prepare the sauce from garlic, parsley, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Don’t forget to adjust the seasoning to taste.
