we are showing How To Quad Split Screen in version 18.08.2 .
We start out by explaining that in order to do this procedure in
Kdenlive we need four video tracks .
We show how to go into setting and how to configure Kdenlive
in order to add the fourth track to the Kdenlive time line .
Then we explain and show how to get the settings to set in to
Kdenlive as Kdenlive must be restarted for the fourth track to show .
In our example we show how to utilize the position and zoom in the
Kdenlive effects list .
We show how the features of position and zoom work such as the size ,
axes X and axes Y within the properties window of the Kdenlive effect .
Our first video starts with a size reduction of fifty percent the other three
videos start out at eighty percent then get reduced to the fifty percent .
We explain it is important to off click in order to get the settings to set
in for the Kdenlive effect .
