Описание: Who doesn’t love a frozen dessert for summer?
This frozen blueberry and yogurt dessert is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth this summer. It's very easy to put together and the freezer does the main work. You only need blueberry, yogurt, and some sweetener.
I made this blueberry & yogurt dessert last week for the first time, and it became my favorite immediately!
This easy summer dessert is healthy and delicious and everyone will love it.


Ingredients for 4 servings ( 1/2 cup per serving):

• 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or honey)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

My molds are 1/2 cup, I know this might be small for one serving. So if your dessert molds are larger, make sure to change the ingredients amount.
