How Team Width ACTUALLY Works in Football Manager

Описание: You can change the width of your team during a match in FM22, all the way from Very Narrow to Extremely Wide. How exactly do the the different widths affect the behaviours of your players? Do players get closer together when Team Width is Very Narrow? Do they space out more when Team Width is Extremely Wide? Is there a particular Team Width that produces a higher win rate?

We will be focusing mainly on the wingers and full-backs because those are the positions that play out on the flanks and most likely to be affected by the different Team Widths. Max from Evidence Based Football Manager is analysing the tactical instructions in FM22 one by one, to figure out exactly how they affect the behaviours of players on the field.
