You never forget your first! The very first Sonic game I played was Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Master System. Often forgotten due to getting overshadowed by the acclaimed Mega Drive version, the Master System version was still a great game in it's own right. Sonic 1 SMS Remake is a fan made project that enhances the original game with not just a greater resolution and 60fps, but with many many other extra features such as the ability to play with Tails, Knuckles, Mighty and Ray, Time Attack, Competition Mode and even an Encore Mode. The game has also added all the different levels on the Mega Drive version to the SMS Remake so Marble, Spring Yard and Star Light are playable zones! A 7th Chaos Emerald has also been added along with Super forms!
