In this video I'll share with you why we struggle to get our kids to bed and the steps to help you get them off to sleep with minimal stalling, arguing and frustration.
In order to get our kids to sleep on time, we need to understand that our kids feel anxiety separating from us and that leads to behavior that feels like they are trying to control and manipulate us into letting them stay up later.
With these steps, you'll learn how to get your child's needs met, so they want to go to bed feeling safe and loved. In fact, you can turn bedtime battles with your kids into bedtime connection and that feels good for both parents and kiddos!
