Stapleton is one of Denver's newest Neighborhoods, with a quick commute to Downtown, the DIA Airport, the Mountains, and more. Many different architecture styles including Urban, Contemporary, East Cost, Traditional, Mountain Modern, Modern Craftsman, Rowhomes, Plantation, etc.

It has everything from $1M+ homes to $200k Affordable Housing Townhomes. All relatively new (built 1990's or later).
