Описание: South Africa is a religious and culturally diverse country where all cultural, religious and other belief systems are accorded equal constitutional protection. It is unlawful for an e to be discriminated against due to their personal religious beliefs.
This video shines a light on religious discrimination, shown by a case presented to us by our client.
Our labour legislation affords employees protection against discrimination on several grounds, including religion. This protection has the constitutional protection of a person’s dignity at its foundation.
