Описание: After searching for quite some time to find some remnant 16" schedule 80 V PVC pipe, which would have the correct ID for a 15" rims.( Of course I could buy all I want brand new for $45 per foot, but I just did not want to because the shortest I could find was a 12 foot long.) I came up with this method to expand 15" sewer pipe. And bot a rem from a salvage yard, for $40 bucks.
