Created by Bain & Company, the Net Promoter Score, or NPS, measures customer satisfaction. This proven metric revolves around one, simple question: on a 1-10 scale, how likely is it that you would recommend [brand or product] to a friend or colleague?
Your respondents will either be classified as Promoters, Detractors, or Neutral. From there, there’s just a little bit of #AdMath involved to determine where you stand.
