INGREDIENTS:
Nishasta powder 6tbsp (fine starchy powder milled from maize and wheat)
Water 1cup
Sugar 4-5tbsp or to taste
Green cardamom 5-6
Desi ghee 3-4tbsp

DIRECTIONS:
Take a bowl add Nishasta powder and water. Mix it until smooth paste is formed.
Take a pan add desi ghee and green cardomom. Fry it for 1 min.
Add nishasta paste. Continue stirring and cook it on low flame until it form lump
Add sugar. Continue cooking on low flame until sugar is melt and it become translucent
Garnish with pistachio and almond
Ready to serve
