ទីសម្គាល់របស់លោកយ៉ូណាស (ម៉ាថាយ  ១២,  ៣៨-៤២)
២៩ខណៈនោះមហាជនប្រជុំគ្នាយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «មនុស្សជំនាន់នេះអាក្រក់ណាស់ គេចង់តែឃើញទីសម្គាល់ដ៏អស្ចារ្យ ប៉ុន្តែ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនប្រទានទីសម្គាល់ណាផ្សេងក្រៅពីទីសម្គាល់ របស់ព្យាការីយ៉ូណាសឡើយ។ ៣០លោកយ៉ូណាសបានធ្វើជាទីសម្គាល់ឲ្យអ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេឃើញយ៉ាងណា បុត្រមនុស្សក៏នឹងធ្វើជាទីសម្គាល់ឲ្យមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះ ឃើញយ៉ាងនោះដែរ។ ៣១នៅថ្ងៃដែល ព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោក មហាក្សត្រីយ៍ស្រុកខាងត្បូងនឹងក្រោកឡើងជាមួយមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះ ‌ព្រមទាំងចោទប្រកាន់គេផង ព្រោះកាលពីជំនាន់ដើម ព្រះនាងបានយាងមក ពីតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាលនៃផែនដី ដើម្បីស្តាប់ព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ស្តេចសាឡូម៉ូន ដែលប្រកបដោយប្រាជ្ញាឈ្លាសវៃ។ រីឯនៅទីនេះមានម្នាក់ប្រសើរលើសស្តេចសាឡូម៉ូនទៅទៀត។ ៣២នៅថ្ងៃ ដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោក អ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេនឹងក្រោកឡើងជាមួយមនុស្សជំនាន់នេះ ព្រមទាំងចោទប្រកាន់ពួកគេផង ព្រោះកាលពីជំនាន់ដើម អ្នកក្រុងនីនីវេបានប្រែចិត្តគំនិត នៅពេលឮសេចក្តីដែលលោកយ៉ូណាសប្រកាស។‌‌ រីឯនៅទីនេះមានម្នាក់ប្រសើរលើសលោកយ៉ូណាសទៅទៀត!»។

The Sign of Jonah
29When the crowds were increasing, he began to say, “This generation is an evil generation. It seeks for a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah. 30 For as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will the Son of Man be to this generation. 31The queen of the South will rise up at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here. 32The men of Nineveh will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here.
