Описание: Kicking off this one with 4 keen young men & two dogs with me in the truck to try to catch a pig. Then hitting the beautiful Able Tasman National Park coast line to do a spot of slow jig fishing winter fishing. Back at the homestead cranking up the old warehouse smoker to hot smoke some blue cod using one of my own recipes with fresh chili, honey, maple syrup & salt.
