IV: MAX SpAtk and SpDef (HP and Atk were not Hyper Trained)
Careful Nature
Calm Mind
Swords Dance
Relic Song
Tera Blast (or Play Rough)

Strategy:
Calm Mind twice
Swords Dance once
Use Tera Blast until you can Terastallize
Terastallize when able to
Use Calm Mind twice or thrice
Swords Dance thrice
Relic Song to change forms
Tera Blast to victory
Use Heal Cheers when needed

Notes:
Bellibolt NPC is very useful because of its Light Screen
Gardevoir or Arboliva NPC can provide healing
No Covert Cloak makes you susceptible to status
Buff up while on Aria form because of its higher base Special Defense
