Another frequently asked question is, what is the difference between sleep and meditation? Because when we are sleeping, we are lowering our brain waves, we are altering our state of consciousness, that is a well known fact and we are doing the same thing while meditating but the difference is we are doing the same thing in meditation while being aware of it, while still being conscious and that gives us an advantage.
The advantage is we can now use the altered state of consciousness or these lower level of brain waves for manifesting our desired goals which is not really possible in sleep time unless you know lucid dreaming techniques. of course lucid dreaming techniques as well as meditation can be helpful for manifesting your desired goals but most of the time, people don’t know lucid dreaming techniques so it’s much more easier to meditate and use the altered state of consciousness for manifesting your desired outcome whether they are related to your health, wealth, well being or relationships or whatever it is.
