Pneumatic Riveter – 1/4", 700 RPM - Quick Change
The rivet tool has a head size of 1/4" and a freeload speed of 700 RPMs. The overall length of the tool is 200 mm, and the tool utilizes a quick change head design for swapping mandrel sizes.
Function
The pneumatic riveter is powered via air pressure fed into the bottom of the tool. A rivet nut is threaded onto the head and inserted into a determined hole. The tool is then activated, collapsing the rivet nut and securing it tightly to the material around it. The setter then spins out of the threaded hole.
Applications
The rivet gun works well for any context in which rivet nuts are needed, such as construction, metal fabrication, the automotive and aeronautics industries, and electronics. The pneumatic function makes the tool especially useful for cases where setting many rivet nuts is required.
