Описание: As children we were helpless because it was up to an adult to care for us, and in some cases they may not have done a good job of caring for us emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually. 💔

As adults, it is our responsibility to engage in self-care, self-partnering and healing ourselves.

I can tell you that over the years, while on my own healing journey, I have learned first hand that our healing needs to be holistic. It needs to incorporate all of our bodies – our emotional, mental, spiritual and psychic self. All of those areas need to be covered for you to recover and heal from narcissistic abuse. 🙏🏻
