Anyway, this is Lady Shinki's theme from Touhou Pocket Wars Evolution, and is a remix of her theme "Legendary Illusion ~ Infinite Being" from Mystic Square.
Powerful, sweet, adorable, badass, and consistently #2 on people's list of "PC-98 characters I want back right now". Indeed, if you don't love Shinki, you don't have a soul.
