Kickstart your morning with this Breakfast Tart made from Spring Home’s Roti Paratha!
RECIPE:
Ingredients –
‘Spring Home’ Paratha (slightly thawed)
Parma ham
Shredded cheddar cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Whole egg
Coarse black pepper
Rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation –
1. Preheat oven to 190 degree Celsius
2. Roll in four sides of a piece of slightly thawed Paratha
3. Create breathing holes by forking the base of the Paratha (to prevent the base from puffing up during baking)
4. Layer the base with Parma ham slices
5. Place shredded cheddar and cherry tomato slices on top
6. Crack a whole egg in the middle of the Paratha
7. Sprinkle some rosemary leaves and coarse black pepper for garnish
8. Bake for 9 minutes
9. Remove from oven, sprinkle some lemon pepper and serve hot
