The SHRM testing window is now open and for those of us who are new to SHRM certification exams, I walk you through all the things you need to know for in person testing, remote testing, how the exam is formated and more. The SHRM window for testing is open from 11/15-2/15 and it’s important to start thinking about what your exam experience is going to be like and how you can prepare.
