I recently bought a GSI Infinity Mug that had gradation marks printed on the side. My old mugs didn't have that and the cozies were showing signs of wear. I contacted GSI customer service and had a very pleasant experience thanks to Robert. He sent me 2 new cozies for my old out of warranty ones at no cost. I have to give GSI 5 stars out of 5.
