Ragussina Inácio is a dynamic pharmacist with a passion for transforming healthcare and global development. With over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical management, she's worked in Portugal, Mozambique, and the UK, driving access to essential medicines and improving healthcare outcomes.
As Regional Manager in Mozambique, she optimized supply chains and expanded access to medicines in underserved regions. A dedicated mentor, she guided over 80 pharmacy students in Mozambique and participated in FIP's mentorship programme.
Currently, she leads training initiatives at a health and wellness company in Portugal, empowering teams with expertise on minor conditions and dermocosmetics. Her passion for leadership and human development has inspired over 100 pharmacy assistants, fostering excellence in healthcare.
When not working, she enjoys hiking, reading, or planning her next adventure. Her drive to promote quality healthcare and global equity is fueled by curiosity, creativity, and compassion, aligning with FIP Development Goals. Through her work, she contributes to advancing pharmacy practice and strengthening global health systems, embodying FIP's mission to empower pharmacists worldwide.
