Easy pineapple rice:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3/4 water
1 cup white rice
*Bring rice and liquid to a boil, put on a lid to your pot and turn down the heat to low
Set timer for 12 minutes. Turn off heat, set aside for 8-10 minutes than fluff with fork and enjoy!
