Описание: This video documents a field trip for an introductory geology course, ERTH1006, "Exploring Earth", led by Professor Brian Cousens of the Earth Sciences department at Carleton. The field trip takes approximately 180 students to see three of the major rock types in the Ottawa area, including 1.5 billion-year-old metamorphic rocks, younger quartz sandstones and limestones. This video was filmed, edited and produced by Charles Singh from Carleton Television (CUTV).
