In this big freezer cooking and massive meal prep video we prep 10 pounds of chicken wings, both mild buffalo and barbecue variations, tons of whole foods, and veggie meal prep. We make two 9×13 peanut butter banana brownie variations for dessert options, one gluten free and one traditional, all from scratch baking. Using two 20 quart roaster ovens, we also make 36 quarts of farm raised chicken homemade broth using locally farm sourced chicken feet I had in the freezer.

We make two huge egg and ham breakfast scrambles in my two big large cast-iron pans, which of course were eaten for dinner one night ha ha. And much more.

I did plan a massive freezer meals project, and as I continue to learn how to juggle the dynamics of my single mom of 9 life (with “only” eight of my children living at home full-time plus running a household of 10 and hosting parties with 20 to 30) some plans didn’t go as planned. But we are celebrating the wins and the massive big freezer cooking that did get done, whether it made it into the freezer or was gobbled up already before I could even freeze it, as happens 😜🙌🏻.
