Korean Food: Bindaettok, Makgeolli and Yukhoe

Описание: I met up with my friend Francis from my university days. I haven't seen him in over a year.

Bindaettok (빈대떡): A variety of Korean pancake with potatoes and vegetables. I wish it had meat in it, but it was still very good. Pretty greasy though. Apparently this and Makgeolli sell like mad when it rains.

Makgeolli (막걸리): An alcoholic drink consisting of rice and wheat. Pretty low alcohol percentage and it's a little sweet. A super popular, slightly carbonated beverage that is popular with all (legal) ages, men and women.

Yukhoe (육회): Chewy, soft and raw beef pieces that you eat with long, thinly chopped apple pear and mixed with a raw egg. Slightly sweet and the texture was strange at first, but it was quite good.
