Here is the inside of a pressing factory. No comments on this video, just listen to that factory background noise.
The tea is briefly steamed to soften the leaves, it is put in a cloth bag, pressed by a mechanical press first, and then by a stone. After 5 minutes under the stone, it is put on racks and left to dry in a warm room for at least 6 hours. Finally, each cake is wrapped individually in rice paper and by 7 in a bamboo tong.
