Received a set of super lovely & awesome 1.5" diameter 30ft Battle Ropes from a very beautiful friend of mine and fitness mentor (Teri, I'm talking about YOU!) recently. Since I apartment dwell, I have limited space (challenges!) in our tiny apartment but I think I've got the perfect setup to buffer noise and be able to do my workouts!
A BIG FAT "THANK YOU SOOOO VERY MUCH, GIRL!" shout out to Teri for her guidance and generosity for turning me onto this fabulous new fitness routine!
Obviously, I'm a novice at making videos since I filmed this in portrait mode via my cellphone. Doink. Next time I will be sure do film in landscape mode...lol.
