Cowy - iRacing - Gen 3 V8 Supercars - Phillip Island - Track Guide

Описание: Hi everyone, Cowy here, and I'm back with my latest track guide.

It's Week 2, Season 1 for 2025 in iRacing for the V8 Supercars, and we are back in the motherland for a xmas romp around Phillip Island!

Once again my weapon of choice is the Chevy Camaro, and there is a distinct fall off in pace around here compared to the gen 2 cars - as much as 5-6 seconds slower per lap in these cars, with several fast sections requiring a throttle lift where there never was before, but the mid corner mechanical grip kicks in if you slow the car up enough on entry. Having some rotation induced in the rear can help with lap times, but its easy to go too far either way with the brake bias so it can be difficult to find the right balance (especially braking into Honda as my video shows lol...)

Its still early days in the gen 3 cars, so I'm sure there is plenty more pace to be found, but its another great track choice for our 1st season in Gen 3 & lets hope there are lots of cars on track this week (152 racers in Mondays SoF race last week, great to see)!
