Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make a classic bruschetta? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p
== INGREDIENTS ==
2 tomatoes
small handful of basil
1 clove of garlic
pepper
salt
olive oil
couple of toasted slices of ciabatta bread
== RECIPE ==
1) Cut the tomato into small pieces
2) Same with the onion and the basil
3) Put everything into a bowl
4) Rub the garlic on the bread and drizzle some olive oil on it
5) Press the rest of the garlic into the bowl
6) Add some olive oil and season with salt and pepper
7) Mix well
8) Spread the mixture on the bread
