BBG Week 5 Day 2

Описание: Hey BBG fellows, I've got few things I want to tell you today. Many of you are asking if I've lost any weight and how do I feel. First of all I am a tennis player so I will probably never have Kayla's skinny legs :-) secondly, I have started with BBG after 2 months of doing basically nothing, and now on the week 5 I feel much lighter, got more energy and doing the excercises (mainly burpees and commandos LOL) is not such a torture anymore. Overall I can tell that I'm back in a pretty good shape. I wish I could share the whole program with you but unfortunately this was my last day of BBG that I could post on YouTube. I was doing BBG during my summer holidays at home in Europe but it's time for me to go back to the States and work on some tennis. I hope you enjoyed these 5 weeks with me, and I hope I will be able to record some more videos for you soon! Good luck on your journey and remember to not workout because you hate your body, workout because you love it!
