Outlast 2 - Slip and Slide Trophy / Achievement Guide (12m Blood Slide)
During the "Raining Blood" section of the "Lamentations" chapter you'll be in the school and the fire sprinklers will turn on, but will be showering blood. Just get some speed and then slide along the floor. 12m isnt very far so this trophy is easy enough to get. If you happen to have missed this, simply reload the aforementioned chapter.
