3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter any giveaway in The Chase Card Gauntlet series, you must:

Like the video posted the day BEFORE the chase card is pulled.

Leave a comment on that same video.

These three actions are free, and no purchase is required to enter or win.

Only one entry per person per giveaway period.

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Each giveaway entry period begins when the episode for that day is published and closes at 11:59 pm, HST.

The giveaway period closes immediately when the chase card is pulled in a later episode.

The winner for a given set is drawn from the comments of the video posted the day BEFORE the chase card was pulled.

For example:
If the chase card is pulled on Episode 7, the winner is chosen from Episode 6 comments.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

When a chase card is pulled for a specific Pokémon set:

The winner will receive the remaining unopened packs from that set.

Exact quantity varies depending on how many packs remain at the time the chase card is pulled.

Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.

Sponsor covers the cost of shipping, unless prohibited by international shipping laws.

6. WINNER SELECTION

After a chase card is pulled, the winner will be chosen randomly from eligible comments using a verifiable, random method (e.g., YouTube comment picker).

The winner will be publicly announced in an upcoming video.

The winner must contact the Sponsor via the instructions provided in the announcement within 7 days to claim the prize.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, you agree that:

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost or delayed shipments

Incorrect contact information

Internet/technical issues
