Romans 12:1-2
• Transformation occurs from the inside out.
• If you're born again and have been in salvation for a while, and there is no transformation at all within or in your life, there is an error.
• Transformation : A complete change in thought patterns. Everything a man does, all that he is, originates from the mind. For there to be change, there has to be a transformation of the mind.
• Transformation, does not mean behavioural change/modification.
• Transformation brings about positive thinking.
• When one begins to get transformed, their lives mirror Christ, and replace the worldly perspective.
• Ephesians 4:22-24.
• Colossians 3:5-15. Transformation is a process. No one is transformed in a day. The Lord works on us slowly in three levels :
1. Put to death : 1.Fornication. 2. Uncleanliness.
2. Put off : Anger. Wrath. Malice. Blasphemy. Filthy language. Lies.
3. Put on . Tender mercies. Kindness. Humility. Meekness. Long-suffering. Bearing with one another. Forgiveness. Love. Guarding your peace. Gratitude.
