My go to Lemon Vinaigrette, now it's yours too ✨
SAVE this recipe! I prefer a 1:3 and even slightly more acidic dressing. For more mellow flavor add a splash more olive oil, make it your own!
Go To Lemon Vinaigrette
Makes 1¼ cups
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
¾ cup olive oil (@sekahills)
Add all ingredients to glass container with lid, shake vigorously until emulsified and slightly creamy. Serve or store room temp 1-2 weeks!
