This video shows how a backlight (red) and laser sheet (blue) are used to measure velocities of air bubbles and water separately. Note that not all bubbles are in the laser plane, so not all bubbles have a visible effect on the water.
Using the 20W Optolution laser system with two pco.edge 26 DS CLHS in PIVlab.
