We started our trek at 3:30 AM from Chopta to reach the summit of Chandrashila and witness the sunrise. However, things didn’t go as planned. Although we successfully reached Chandrashila Peak, we couldn’t see the sunrise. Due to heavy snowfall, the entire summit was covered in dense fog, and instead of a golden sunrise, we experienced a breathtaking snowy white landscape.
