I used to think progress meant saying yes to everything , every shift, every plan, every version of myself that felt familiar. But lately, I’m learning that sometimes the most responsible thing you can do is stay in, slow down, and trust the bigger picture.
This isn’t about deprivation. Instead its about pausing now so the life I love can return, fuller, steadier, and earned.
