Описание: Dietetics or pathyapathya (पथ्य -अपथ्य) is an integral part of Ayurveda.
The diet and regimen which is beneficial to the body and gives the happiness to the mind is known as Pathya and opposite to that is known as Apathya
Ayurveda gives detail description of pathya(foods that should be allowed to patients) in a particular disease and Apathya(those which should be banned).
In Ayurveda texts, no section on any disease is complete unless the pathyapathya is discussed.
