Описание: 4 years ago I came home crying every day over my work. I felt anger and anxiety day in and day out because I was so frustrated by clients and patients. But not because I hated being a vet- because I hated working for a place that didn’t align with my values. People (mostly staff) weren’t cared about. Things were toxic and unorganized. Shit kept happening all the time and no one had a solution or a plan. I was overworked so my boss could make an extra buck. I vividly remembered when my boss was upset over a $5 case of waterbottles for the vet truck.. I could continue to suffer, or I could be the change I wanted. So I bought and transformed a practice into the sustainable and ethical business of my dreams.
