Here is a small video about Capital One's new lounge at DCA airport. This is a little more upscale than your regular capital one lounge. The food was definitely more elevated.
Big con is I can't believe how small this space is. You will be definitely be waiting during the prime hours. This is surprisingly not busy in the evening. This lounge is not accommodated for the modern traveler in terms of space.
After your wait, the space is very comfortable.
