The Case to Save the FFL Industry

Описание: Many of you may not know, this, but the State of California and Washington State actually have laws that require FFLs to video and audio record their premises 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Oh, and if you're a home-based FFL, TS because the law mandates that you record inside your home as well. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a challenge to that law in the matter of Richards v. Newsom, a challenge brought by all of the organizations listed below.
