The Church of San Antonio de Pereira is a Catholic church dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua. It is located on the eastern side of the park in the San Antonio de Pereira neighborhood of Rionegro, Antioquia, Colombia, and belongs to the Diocese of Sonsón-Rionegro.

But the modifications in the temple did not end, because in 1990 the plaster was removed from the main facade, leaving the brick visible, exposing it to accelerated deterioration. ​The false arches and columns were also removed from the interior. ​In 1991, the ​Antioquia Railway Foundation ​(a pioneering institution in the conservation of Antioquia's architectural heritage) intervened in a timely manner, preventing further mistakes from being made in the small temple and assumed the leadership of its restoration.
