Matlab/Simulink simulation of MMC modular multilevel cascaded half bridge multilevel inverter
(1) It includes AC/DC side power control, secondary circulating current suppression, SOC balancing control, and submodule capacitor voltage balancing control, using carrier phase-shift modulation strategy
(2) Cascade half bridge topology, typical MMC half bridge topology, in submodule capacitor and battery model;
(3) The total voltage on the DC side is 5e6V, the voltage of the half bridge unit is 900V, there are 20 units on each of the upper and lower bridge arms, the output is 21 levels, and the peak value of the AC sine voltage is 10e3V;
