🥘 The Recipe: Cheesy Ground Beef & Potato Bake

Ingredients
Potatoes: 6 medium to large potatoes
Meat: 500g Ground Beef (Mince)
Produce: 1 Onion (chopped), 2-3 tsp Garlic (crushed/minced)
Pantry: 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes, 1 tbsp Sugar (to cut acidity), Worcester Sauce, Cooking Oil
Seasoning: Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Topping: Grated Cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or a mix)

Serving Suggestion: A fresh side salad

Method
Prep the Potatoes: Preheat oven to 190°C. Peel the potatoes and slice them into rings.

First Bake: Add oil to an oven tray, toss the potatoes in the oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake until the potatoes are soft and golden.

Sauté: While potatoes bake, fry the chopped onion in a pan with a little oil over low/medium heat until brown and translucent.

The Beef: Add the ground beef to the onions. Fry until browned.
