Sauté with Snare - Pan Pork Chop and Cheesy Orzo Something

From 8/10/23. It's time to cook! We have another Instagram inspiration with this cheesy orzo casserole (?). Since more effort was put into the side dish, I opted for a nice, simple, tasty pork chop to go with it. So let's get into a super easy weeknight dish:
Pork Chop
-Bone in or boneless, which ever you like
-Season to taste
-Butter for searing
Pasta
-1 Boursin Cheese (or a small container of cream cheese. I'm using a chive and onion variety)
-2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
-2 Tbsp sun dried tomato oil
-4 cups vegetable broth
-2 cups spinach
-1.5 cups shredded cheese of your choice (I'm using a smoked white cheddar)
-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
-1/2 tsp basil
-1/2 tsp oregano
-Season to taste
