Enjoy this cute nail file holder that looks like a little dress (2 different styles). This is a quick and easy project. If working with a 12x12 mat, you will need to turn the base piece at an angle to fit to the mat for cutting. Fold in half and glue around the edges to secure. There are so many possibilities. Tie with a ribbon or add a cute bow. Great as stocking stuffers or gifts for any occasion. Have fun and enjoy! Supplies needed:
12x12 cardstock
Glue Tape
Nail files (long or short)
Decorative elements (ribbons, rhinestones, flat back pearls etc.)
Resealable Cellophane bags size 3x8
